Mr. Nowicki is a passionate attorney who fights for employees.  He has a successful track record of litigating against government entities and corporations, both large and small.  He understands the emotions and burdens of pursuing legal action and works with clients to obtain the results that they want.  Mr. Nowicki is passionate about providing retribution for those wronged and holding wrongdoers accountable.

Mr. Nowicki began his legal career by opening a law firm that engaged in fierce litigation against government entities for privacy violations, police brutality, and civil rights violations.  He also litigated against corporations for white collar fraud, banking, and credit reporting violations including a large amount of class action work.  There, Mr. Nowicki began advocating on behalf of employees for wrongful termination and wage violations. 

Mr. Nowicki represents employees on a wide range of matters including discrimination, contract disputes, retaliation, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, hostile work environment, harassment, equal pay claims, wage and hour violations, whistleblower claims, and severance negotiations.  

Mr. Nowicki works with clients through every step of the process so they can achieve the goals and outcomes that are in their best interest.  Mr. Nowicki’s focus is to receive the optimal outcome for his clients.
