Ms. Conlin is a dedicated attorney with a passion for advocating on behalf of employees in a wide range of employment-related legal matters, including discrimination, disability, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination. Meghan regularly works with clients in the EEOC and Arizona Civil Rights Division (ACRD) process, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums.

 

Ms. Conlin began her legal career in 2014, working as a legal assistant/paralegal for a variety of firms throughout Arizona and Colorado. Meghan’s passion for employment law grew after she obtained her Master of Legal Studies with an emphasis in HR & Employment Law from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.

Ms. Conlin earned her Juris Doctorate from the Gonzaga University School of Law as a member of the Executive J.D. program. While in law school, Ms. Conlin was elected as the Executive J.D. class representative for the Student Bar Association and sat on the governance committee. She was also a proud remember of the Gonzaga’s Civil Rights Moot Court team, coming in first place at the Michigan State University College of Law’s moot court competition. Additionally, Ms. Conlin earned the Pro Bono Distinction Award, reflecting her dedication to public service.

Ms. Conlin actively engages in every case, collaborating with her clients to develop customized strategies that align their objectives with legal requirements. She effectively communicates and educates her clients about all available legal alternatives, empowering them to make well-informed choices that impact both their case and personal life. Her utmost priority is advocating for her clients' welfare by making decisions or suggestions that serve their best interests.
