Ms. Krista Robinson is a passionate, legal advocate who fights for the rights of her clients. Deciding to pursue legal action is not an easy endeavor because it can cause a change of career, loss of friends, alienate colleagues, costs money, can cause negative publicity, uses a lot of time and can be very emotional. Taking legal action against an employer may be intimidating or cause feelings of anxiousness. However, Ms. Robinson is there by her client’s side for every step of the process.

Ms. Robinson fiercely advocates on behalf of employees for all types of discrimination and retaliation, failure to accommodate, equal pay claims, contractual disputes, hostile work environment, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, whistleblower claims, and severance negotiations. She advocates for her clients against small local companies and Fortune 500 companies at the EEOC, DOL, and in Federal and State Court. 

Ms. Robinson is certified as a Senior Human Resource Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). This education provides her with insight into employers’ HR infrastructure, risk management, diversity and inclusivity agendas, the creation and implementation of policies, and talent management.

With every case, Ms. Robinson is there for her client from start to finish. She is directly hands-on and works with her clients to create strategies tailored to her clients’ goals balanced with the law. Ms. Robinson explains each legal option to her clients so they can make informed decisions about their case and life. Her number one priority is to make decisions or recommendations that are in the best interest of her clients.
