RENEE DE JESUS

Attorney

Ms. Renee De Jesus is an unyielding advocate for employees and a dedicated voice for immigrant and marginalized workers. Her representation centers on employment law, with a focus on discrimination, retaliation, wage theft, workplace harassment, and the unique challenges faced by immigrant employees navigating unjust working conditions.

Ms. De Jesus began her legal career at the Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project in Arizona, representing unaccompanied children and survivors of human trafficking. She has successfully defended clients in proceedings before EOIR, USCIS, and juvenile court, fighting to secure lawful status and prevent deportation.

She earned her J.D. from the City University of New York School of Law, where she worked in the Immigrant & Non-Citizen Rights Clinic and the CLEAR project. Her early work was rooted in defending the rights of communities targeted by immigration and national security policies, including Muslim, Arab, and South Asian New Yorkers.

At Robinson Law Offices, Ms. De Jesus brings that same tenacity to the courtroom and the negotiating table. She represents employees against both public and private employers, holding them accountable for violations of federal and state labor laws. She is strategic, direct, and client-centered committed to creating clear paths forward for workers who have been silenced or mistreated. Ms. De Jesus is fluent in Spanish and ensures her clients feel heard, understood, and empowered at every step.
