Ms. Jessica Miller is focused on employment and business-related matters. During Ms. Millers career as a litigator, she has developed an esteemed reputation, displaying superior legal talent and unyielding dedication to clients. She is a fierce advocate and has served as counsel of record in over one hundred employment lawsuits. Ms. Miller has counseled multi-million-dollar companies and has litigated against national and global entities supporting workers and alleging violations of employment laws. In that role, she has collected millions in settlement funds for clients. She also argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in a matter that gained national attention from the Washington DC District of the EEOC.

Miller graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law as one of the most distinguished in her class.
