DEVIN
GATES
Attorney
Devin Gates brings a sharp analytical mind, a background in law enforcement, and a genuine commitment to advocating for people who have been wronged in the workplace. As an attorney at Robinson Law Offices, he represents employees in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, hostile work environments, wage and hour violations, and related employment disputes. Devin understands that deciding to take legal action against an employer is never a simple decision; it can affect a person's career, finances, relationships, and sense of security. He approaches every client with empathy, discretion, and a focus on making the process as clear and manageable as possible.
Prior to his legal career, Devin served as a Deputy Sheriff with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, where he conducted investigations, exercised sound judgment under pressure, and developed a deep appreciation for the human stakes involved when people find themselves in difficult and uncertain situations. That experience shaped the way he listens to clients and the care he brings to understanding the full picture of what they have been through.
Devin earned his Juris Doctor from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology.
Devin's combination of legal training, investigative instincts, and people-first approach makes him a strong advocate for employees navigating some of the most challenging moments of their professional lives.
