Terms of Use
Robinson Law Offices
Last updated: November 6, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of www.robinsonlawoffices.com (the "Website"), operated by Krista S. Robinson PLLC, doing business as Robinson Law Offices ("RLO," "we," "us," or "our"), and our text messaging program. By using the Website or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Information Only, Not Legal Advice
The content on this Website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation. Employment laws change and vary by state, and the outcome of any matter depends on its specific facts. Do not act or refrain from acting based on information on this Website without first consulting an attorney.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Using this Website, submitting a contact or intake form, sending us an email, calling, or texting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with RLO begins only when RLO agrees in writing to represent you, typically through a signed engagement agreement.
Until that happens, we are not acting on your behalf and are not tracking any deadlines in your matter. Employment claims often have strict filing deadlines, so if you believe you have a claim, you should act promptly.
Information You Send Us
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Website, by email, or by text message until we have confirmed that we can represent you and told you how to send it securely. We handle information from prospective clients in accordance with our professional obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Attorney Advertising
This Website may be considered attorney advertising under the rules of professional conduct. Krista S. Robinson is the attorney responsible for its content. Our attorneys are licensed in Arizona, and nothing on this Website is intended to solicit clients in any jurisdiction where our attorneys are not authorized to practice.
Any description of past results, client testimonials, or reviews relates to specific matters and does not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any other matter. Every case is different, and results depend on the facts and law that apply.
