PRIVACY POLICY
Reaching out about a workplace issue takes trust. At Robinson Law Offices, protecting your personal information is part of how we earn it.
Privacy Policy
Robinson Law Offices
Last updated: November 6, 2026
Robinson Law Offices ("RLO," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website at www.robinsonlawoffices.com, submit an inquiry, or opt in to receive text messages from us, and how we use and protect that information.
This policy does not cover information we receive after you become a client. Once you hire us, your information is protected by our duty of confidentiality to clients and the terms of your engagement agreement.
Information You Provide
When you contact us or submit an intake form, we may collect your name, contact information, the names of your employer and other parties involved, and the details you choose to share about your workplace issue.
We use this information to:
-
respond to your inquiry;
-
check for potential conflicts of interest;
-
determine whether we may be able to assist you; and
-
schedule or follow up on a consultation.
We do not use the information you share about your workplace issue for marketing. If you sign up for our newsletter or other marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
Employment-Law Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a consultation does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship begins only when RLO agrees in writing to represent you. Until then, please don't assume we are acting on your behalf or tracking any deadlines in your matter.
We handle information from prospective clients in accordance with our professional obligations, including the rules that protect information shared by people who consult with a lawyer.
Please provide only the information requested on the intake form. Before sending documents or highly sensitive information, such as medical records, Social Security numbers, or account credentials, wait for our team to confirm what we need and how to send it securely.
Website Activity and Cookies
When you visit our website, our website tools may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you to our site, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate the site, keep it secure, troubleshoot problems, and understand how visitors use it.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, keep it secure, and measure site traffic. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google may collect information about your use of our site and other websites. You can learn more and opt out here. We may also use advertising tags, such as Google Ads tags, to measure whether our online ads lead people to contact us.
You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Some website features may work differently if you block cookies.
We do not place tracking tools on our intake forms that send the content of your inquiry to analytics or advertising providers.
Service Providers and Disclosures
We use service providers to support our website, intake, scheduling, and communications, including Wix to host our website, Clio Grow for online intake, and Zoom for phone and text messaging. These providers may process information only to deliver services on our behalf.
We may also disclose information when required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order, subject to our professional obligations. We may disclose information to protect the security of our website or systems, or in connection with a transfer of our law practice to another firm, as permitted by the rules governing lawyers.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Text Messages and Mobile Information
Opting in. You can choose to receive text messages from Robinson Law Offices by checking the optional text-message consent box on our website contact form or intake form, by texting our office first, or by giving us verbal consent during a call. Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry, schedule a consultation, or hire us.
What we send. If you opt in, we may use your mobile number to text you about your inquiry, consultation scheduling and reminders, requests for information or documents, and other matters you have agreed to discuss by text. We do not send marketing text messages.
Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or matter. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Help and opting out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (602) 888-8994 or info@robinsonlawoffices.com. Reply STOP to stop receiving text messages. We will send one message confirming that you've opted out, and then we will stop texting you unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by telling us by phone or email. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Keep sensitive details out of texts. Text messages are not a secure way to send sensitive information. Please don't text us medical records, Social Security numbers, account credentials, or detailed facts about your case. Our team will tell you how to send those securely.
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile information. We do not share, sell, or rent customer mobile phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or lead generation purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This applies even where other sections of this policy describe ways we may share information.
Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, email, or text message system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us online. If you need to send sensitive information, please contact our team for instructions on how to submit it securely.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep information from inquiries and intake for as long as needed to respond to you, check for conflicts of interest, and meet our legal and professional obligations. Information about clients is kept according to our file retention practices.
Children's Privacy
Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Please don't include sensitive details about your workplace issue in a privacy request.
